Client Service Terms

These terms apply to businesses that subscribe to the Local Growth Package from NovaWeb Studios, operated by Edgar Ledezma ("we" or "us"). By checking out, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
1. Plans

2. Billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, to the card or account you give at checkout, through Stripe.
- Your billing date is the day you sign up, and you'll be charged automatically each month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Services may be paused if payment isn't made within 7 days.
- Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice. Premium clients keep their price for the 6-month minimum term.
3. Premium plan: 6-month minimum
- The $500 website setup fee is waived in exchange for a 6-month minimum commitment.
- If you cancel before 6 paid months, the rest of the 6-month minimum becomes due at cancellation.
- After 6 months, Premium continues month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
4. Your website (Premium)
- We design, build, host and maintain your website for as long as your Premium plan is active. That covers reasonable text, photo and hours updates each month.
- You own your business name, logo, photos and content you provide. The website design, code and hosting remain ours while you subscribe.
- If you cancel Premium, you can buy the website for a one-time $1,000. We'll hand over the files and help move it to your own hosting. If you don't buy it out, the website will be taken offline after your final paid month.
- If you already own a domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com), it stays yours. If we register a domain for you, we'll transfer it to you on request when you cancel, at no charge.
5. Cancelling
- Reviews and Growth: cancel anytime by emailing or texting us. Service runs until the end of the month you've paid for. No refunds for partial months.
- Premium: see sections 3 and 4.
- Review signs and cards we've delivered are yours to keep.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate business information, and access to your Google Business Profile when needed.
- Photos and details for your website, if you're on Premium.
- Missed-call text-back (Growth and Premium): you'll show the notice we give you next to your phone number (for example "If we miss your call, we'll text you back"), and you'll only use text-back to reply to people who called you. No marketing or promo blasts.
7. Reviews
We help you ask real customers for honest reviews. We never write fake reviews, buy reviews, or offer customers gifts or discounts for reviews, because that breaks Google's rules and can get your profile suspended. You agree not to either.
8. Results
We work hard to get you more reviews, calls and customers, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, review counts or revenue. Google, phone carriers and other platforms control things outside our reach.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for outages or changes by third parties such as Google, Twilio, Stripe, Netlify or phone carriers.
10. General
These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be handled in Orange County, California. We may update these terms and will notify active clients of material changes by email or text.
